Submission of leave application the next day

Dear Legal Experts! I am a govt. teacher. Whenever I have to take leave, My Principal want application for the same. Sometimes (like during sudden illness), it's not possible to provide application for the same day. I want to know that Can I send my leave application via whatsapp and deposit the hard copy next day ? Thanks & Regards
If there is no written instruction with regard to submission of application the same day and in a prescribed format, you can definitely give the application on the next working day preferably with medical certificate issued by your doctor. If the school permits, you can definitely send an application vide whatsapp.

Dear sir,u may send your leave application through e.nail/what's app /sms/or telephonic .next day u mau send its hard copy .this comes under casual leave that govt/ or pvt sector provide to own employee few days after that leave without pay.court approves this.however your problem should be genuine.
