Study leave to GDS employee in post office

Sir I had joined in 2016 as GDS in post office. But for further study in 2019 I applied for study leave of 2 years. But the authority refused verbally saying that no study leave for gds. So I resigned after 3 years of service. I also mentioned the study leave reason in my resignation. Now I have completed my study can I rejoin with any legal help
Hello once you have resigned from the services and it has been accepted hence the employer- employee relationship has ended. Therefore you can not rejoin the services. If resignation was not accepted you may request the department to consider your case.
