one engr joined in march 14 after signing contract of two yrs was regular for few months, took excess salary, loans and advances , now absconding, sent reminders, legal notices but not willing to pay pl advice
We suggest that you should file a police complainant against the person.
Thereafter file a civil suit thereby seeking your recovery of suit.
