Someone complaint about my illness will this effect my job

In 2006 i got heart in my eye.three members of medical board issued me 40%low vision certificate.in 2012 i got teacher job in handicapped quota.now my eyes r better after taking treatment .someone complaint about me that i have got the service illegally. plz tell me that there is any problem to my service?
Your terms in the private employment are governed by your employment contract. The private company has its own discretion to appoint you or not on the basis of your illness.
