Signed employment bond but got government job and want to quit

18-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

I worked in an engineering organisation as graduate engineer trainee , signing three years bond for three lakhs rupees.my father signed surety bond. After four months , I got government job, so I requested the management to provide my original certificates. They denied the claim and asked me to pay 3 lakhs for breaking the bond in order to get back original certificates. I had very little time to submit my certificates in tamilnadu public service commission for verification process. So I was forced to pay and I paid 3 lakhs by cheque to the company.is there any legal remedy to get money back?

"as per your query, if you had signed a bond agreeing to the terms and conditions you have specified in your question then you are liable to pay the amount agreed upon. If you do not deposit the same then the company can take legal action against you.
there is no way you can take your money back from the company."
