Signed 1 year bond want to quit before that. What is the best way ?

I have signed the bond for one year of service, if i leave before one year i have to pay 4 month salary . the company organisation is not good so i want to leave the company. Please advice what is the best route possible? I dont want to pay the company.
If the bonod signed by you states that if you leave the company before 1 year then you have to pay as per the bond signed by you.
The only way out you have is to speak to the HR department to amicably reduce the payment and settle it.
