Hello sir, i have signed an agreement or bond with a company as a trainee and there it is mentioned that i cannot leave the company for one year and also the training will be of one year and it is an HR consultant company , so in agreement it was mentioned that i have to fulfill the work discussed from time to time but now after a month the company is saying its manadatory and you have to give business of 5 times of my stipend amount (my stipend is only 10000 and they are asking for 50000 ) otherwise they will deduct a percentage from my stipend and when I discussed on this with them they said i have signed agreement and salary will be "pro rata" i dont know what to do now i want to leave from this pressure i have worked for 2 months now . Pls advise as i am an student i dont want legal action if i leave job
As the said contract signed by you contained such section which you were unable to understand, you could have asked your employer to clarify the same, however, you can resign from the said post at any time.
