Showcause Notice for Absent without intimation

i was Absent without intimation to the employer & i decided to quit job but i get a showcause notice from employer how to respond that letter.
Hi you need to respond to the showcause notice immediately with valid reasons to take a decision for you to resign from that company. It would be better to get the help of an advocate to reply appropriately to the notice so that there is no legal implications on your act of quitting without intimation.
