Shimla High court rejected my writ petition after 4 years what to do

I was working as an EHS officer in Ranbaxy laboratories ltd.,poanta sahib.I was terminated from the company after 20years of service without any valid reason without any compensation.I wanted to ask whether i can directly approach high court for this or not.As for now, Shimla high court rejected my rit after 4 years of processing saying that i should approach civil court now.They already wasted 4 years and now rejected my rit.What should i do?

you need to approach the appropriate court as orders by the High Court. you can use the plea of the High Court and file a case. as the limitation period is already over you may use the order and get the plea in it.
