Sexual harassment at work place is one of serious offence to be dealt with strongly. In Vishaka case SC had framed guidelines how to tackle such crimes, how ever you have endured enough since u are facing such situation, report ur higher authority at the earliest, and FIR in local police station will give you Natural Justice.

as you ate saying that u have filled sexual harasment case against a person who has harrased you continously for 6 months. and now the case is going on and the persom who harrased you is trying to prove tht you perormance was not good so for revange ur doing so instead of complaning in ICC you have filled a case directly. in this matter you need to take very extreme stepa to prove urself in court as well as you should state direct as well as state reply to the .court

You can mention that you were afraid of the bad reputation. Also that the employer had threatened you of ruining your career. Detailed advise can be given only after knowing all the facts. The company instead of taking action against the accused cannot victimise you further. At the same time you will have to draft your reply very tactfully. Take professional advise from any experienced lawyer.

you need to explain the instances. for the delay you can say that you were not mentally prepared to file the case and did not have family support. you were also scared they you would lose your job as the harrasser threatened you. you may also day that you were not aware where do you have to make a Complaint.

you should also file a Criminal Complaint against it.
