Sexual harassment at work place, what can be done

I got sexually harassed in the office party conducted by the company where i work. It was a team leader who molested me in the party. I escalated the complaint but company was not helpful. They didn't even tell me the decision of the complaint that i made. I want to file a complaint towards the person who molested me. What should i do? Please help me!
Consult and explain briefly , we will Lodge a private complaint in court and initiated criminal proceedings against him. Consult and explain to file complaint immediately to getting cognizance offence against him.
