Service matter dismissed from HC can I file same petition again

i have lose the service related matter in Gujarat high court single judge bench due to inefficiency and disinterest of my advocate, my advocate didn't present my matter properly in court....now, is there new petition possible on that ground? ...........or is it possible to change contents of petition and prayers in review petition or appeal?
If the prtition was filed under article 226 of the constituion then you may prefer an Letters Patent Appeal. However if the petition has been filed under article 227 of the constituion then your only remedy is to file a special leave petition before the supreme court.
