Served notice period but company asking for bond amount

1) I am breaking up 2 year bond, HR said I have to pay 66,000 as per bond, I already completed my one month notice period.- Is it necessary to pay after I completed notice period. 2) Hr put hold on my 1 & half month salary, additional to my Salary I have to pay 16,000/- to complete 66,000/-.- - Is it Legal ???? 3) They will not release my PF if I will not pay my bond rs. 4) They are not providing any photocopy of bond for reference- is it legal??? Kindly provide answer if any one can help,

As per your query, if you had signed a bond agreeing to the terms and conditions you have specified in your question then you are liable to pay the amount agreed upon. If you do not deposit the same then the company can take legal action against you.
