Seniority of Zilla Parishad primary teachers who merged into PMC

Primary teachers of Zilla Parishad were merged into Pune Municipal Corporation in 1999 due to extension of operation area of Municipal corporation. Our main concerned is the Primary Teacher's seniority and past service should be considered now though they are under administration and control of PMC
I have the GR of the same but the people who threaten say that's not the sufficient evidence. What should I do
Please help with some legal and strong information to get out of the chao
You should ask for the information through RTI ( right to information) from the concerned authority regarding the problem you are facing for seniority. In case you get the information which is in your favour then you may file a writ petition in the HIgh Court asking for promotion and other rights you are deprived off from past.
