Selection of an under qualified person fob job what to do legally

Sir, this is a matter of unfair selection of a person in the position of Astt Accounts Manager who has very less experience and less merit then my candidature. The minimum qualifications for this post was M. Com and the selected candidate is BCom MBA, the interview committee given him 32 marks in merit and 31 marks to me while I have around 18 year experience in concern filed,
You can file a RTI asking the marks the process of the selection and if you feel that their is some discrepancy in the selection process then yes you can file a case against the bank, but make sure that all the documents support your case.
