Seeking legal remedy against forced resignation without notice

I was appointed as GET of Larsen & Toubro LTD on 29th August,2008 I was working in L&T Since last 7.5 Years , and was discharging technical duties. Suddenly on 18.01.2016 I was called by HR on conference room and there I found a blank paper & pen given to me and asked to write a resignation letter as dictated by them . They had constantly pressurized me to do so. I asked them to give me 24 hrs time so that I can think for these situations and its legalities and then decide but they refused to do so . Finally I had to resign. I hav the voice recording proof of everything I mentioned
It is not wise to work in such hostile environment where your own employer does not want you anymore.
Better move out of this place, do get relieving letter and join in some other suitable job.
