School not ready to act according to court orders and pay what to do

28-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was a teacher at St. Xavier's school Purulia. I filed my case in district court Purulia, Senior division in the year 2002. we lost the case and moved to court of district magistrate where we won the case. school then moved for injunction to high court kolkata, where the case was vacated and the order of the district judge was in force. this happened thrice in the high court and the judgement was in favour of me. my lawyer then sent a letter to the school asking the school to comply the order, i.e to reinstate me and clear all my back wadges. the letter was sent on 4th of march , but the school did not response till date. what should be my action in such circumstance?

Without perusing the order (s) of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta and order(s) of the subordinate court Purulia, it is rather difficult to opine on this is issue. You may seek advice from your learned counsel as to whether there is any legal remedy under the Contempt of Court Act ?

MY OPINION THAT you have multiple ways to activate your high court orders in different ways, because you have the stand through court which is definitely legitimate but the process that your advocates have taken still now is not proper ,so what you should take proper steps.

First of all , what case have you filed?
As of now you should file a contempt application if the school didn't put for an appeal so far. Or before filing a contempt you can also send a notice prior to the contempt.
