School is not adhering responsibility

15-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi Around 2 day back, my kids was slipped because of fight between two elder kids in school premises,as he was only 6 year old so didn't informed to school staff for the same, it may because of new pupil in school and then private van driver dropped him at home with elbow injuries. Now when I approched to school management, they said directly that we are not responsible for taking care of kids once he left classroom and also not responsible or point of contact for anything happens in school van. So I need help to slap a legal notice and get all these info in written to file a complaint in cbse.

School has whole responsibility of child, and they should provide security to each and every child. School van is the part of the school. if they are not providing enough security to the children than it is also a criminal offence under the juvenile act. FIR can be filed against the school management and legal notice for providing security may also be given. The complain in CBSE may be filed. For further query contact us.
