Salary Provision available in labor law for wrongful termination

I have field a case in labor court for my wrongful termination (industrial disputes act ) since from 1 year.will I get any provision in law for getting a salary from employer .

Industrial Disputes Act applies to almost all public organizations and a few private organizations. If your employer is a private company, then it is advisable to file a civil case for recovery of salary as well. If it is a governmental organization, then you can seek backwages in the labour court petition, along with reinstatement.
