Salary overdue & facing false accusations from employer

Salary not given. Facing falsities from employer after 15 days of leaving job. It's been 2 months. Left job myself as the employer was very rude.
This is my response to you:
1. You can send a legal notice to your emloyer;
2. If he does not respond then approach labour court;
3. You can also file a summary suit in the civil court;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
