salary not received for the month September and october

My salary is above 30550. The company migrated to another city, but they didn't pay my salary even, I am not comfortable for migration so they don't even tell me for end up and when salary time they all partners started to blame each other, then 1 said that I would pay you by 26th of the month but till date I have not receive by dues.
if you are working, you will get your salary, and if you are not, then you will get your salary along with arrears. In this situation, you can send legal notice first, and if no redressal done by them, then we will file a suit on before labour court.
