Salary not paid since 4 months working in a pvt ltd

I have been working in a pvt ltd since 3.5 years but from June 2019 month onwards they havent paid salary . I had tried reaching HR but no response. How to proceed further?
It’s your right to get the salary on time as per the constitution of India provided that should know the reasons and for delay and non payment of salary henceforth should go through the terms and conditions of appointment too
