Salary Not Paid from Employer who is Indian but owner of singapore reg

I was working for a singapore registered company. my job location was in Ethio.Owner is Indian and also my ex manager in a previous company. salary not yet paid for 5 months. whatever salary paid was also not through right channel. what shall I do.
