Salary not paid for three months one month notice period

I had worked in a Bangalore based instrumentation firm in RT Nagar since Feb 2014 to December 2015 as General Manager Sales. As I did not receive salary for the month of October 2015, I submitted mail resignation requesting relieving and settlements. The Director came back to me with a mail terminating my services on Dec 2015, 24, and a table calculation of interests of investment on Stock accumulation during my services. I have clear appointment order mentioning salaries terms etc, which is general with not mentions of such clause. I would want labour consultant to take this forward

You can file a written complaint with labour commissioner with all the details including appointment letter and termination as well. The matter will be taken on board in labour court and the matter will be settled on priority basis
