Salary not paid for last 2.5 months and illegal termination

Hello , This is senthil from chennai, i was working as a Regional Manager South EA Water Pvt ltd a Delhi based company . since from February 2020 they have not released my salary in the beginning they were saying that they will release it asap but later they were not answering my queries and whenever i ask they easily deviate and over a point of time i lost my patience and put pressure on them for releasing my dues by then the accumulated days increased to 2.5 months till april 15th2020, suddenly on the same day they sent me an termination notice and asked me to relieve by next day i.e 16th april from the services i was shocked and since then they blocked my number and no response till now. As i was working remotely i couldn't approach them in person and moreover due to lock-down there is no chances. Note: Even the PF amount was not deposited to my account as well. I need guidance how to move forward and recover my dues from them, as we deeply worried and facing difficulties.
