Salary not paid by employer, how to recover?

My employer has not paid me my dues for FY 2015 - 2016. TDS has been deducted and paid to the government. So I have paid Income tax on accrued salary and filed returns but not received salary.
you should send in a legal notice to the company along with your MD asking him that why are they not issuing you the salary. In case still they do not reply to the Notice sent by you you may file a case against the company and the MD
