Sir, Sir my boss is refusing to give me salary, My 1 month salary is ₹ 10500, I only took 6 holidays, But he is deducting my 18 day payment.
We have to see your employment offer letter to find out what role you are in that company. Incase if you are on provision and you are under provision your company can discuss your employment anytime by giving a notice. Here you have taken 6 days off but your boss cut 18 days payment which is not legal. you may go to labour court or contact us for more communication.
