Salary and PF not paid for months.

I have been working for this company for last 7 months and I have not received my salary for last 4 months and PF from last 7 months. I am not willing to go to court and spend more than what I will get in hand. Hence what options do I have?
Well, you can send them a Legal Notice to recover your Outstanding Salary along with Interest. If after sending Legal Notice, you won't get the Salary, then, you can file a Police Complaint against them and get that Complaint converted into a FIR.
