Salary and experience letter not received from the previous employer

Hello mam I have not received my hold salary Nd fnf Nd experience letter yet and I served 6 months and the Bond was of 50000 Now they are asking me to pay 44k when I was serving 60 days notice period my h. R told me that I will get all amount after 45 days from exit date but now as per there system records 2-3,days are less in 6 months I joined 3rd April 1aug I resigned 30thsep last date but no one told me that time anything about this and now they calculated 60k bond towards me and not ready to give my salary. Please suggest wht cn I do to get that salary Nd letter ?
If calculation of 6 months is correct as per your record then go ahead with legal measures to recover your money . At this point of time send a legal notice through an advocate to the authority demanding your salary and letter.
