Rude behavior by instructors what can I do

Hi I have enrolled for Driver Training in KSRTC, Bangalore, the Instructors are very harsh, rude, arrogant, they use all vulgar words, they are harassing on our appearance, I have already paid training fees Rs 7590/-, I am helpless now, unable to tolerate. please help.
As per your query, you can file a complaint in the KSRTC's complaints departments and ask the officials to take strict action against any such behavior of their employees. If the organization fails to take any action after the complaint then you can file a consumer complaint against the organization.
