I want to know about the staffing requirement in libraries. i.e, what is the librarians to the books ratio, when is a library assistant required, how many technical staff is required to maintain a library? (not attenders)
If the requirement is to be met, who should raise a request to get the additional staffing?

You need to mention the whether you fall under the state government or central government. Secondly, to obtain all the questions i would suggest you to file a Right To Information to obtain all these answers which your own office would reply as per the rules and regulations.
