Revengful Harrasment By Present Employer In Tandem With Old Employer

My present Employer is harassing me in collaboration with my old Employer to take revenge. I want to know the legal options. Each they try new ways to Harrass me. and if I ask they say why am i getting upset. I want to know legal remedies for this revenful Harrasment.

Hello,
First of all i need to know about the nature of harassment, whether it includes physical,mental to give a detailed reply on this. In the meantime i will recommend you to inform the issue in detailed writing before the disciplinary committee\HR department in your company with no delay and let me know the actions that will be taken. You can contact me for further Legal actions to be taken in this regard in the court of Law.

Sir you haven't told whether you are working in private sector or public sector. If you are in private sector then contact your HR department and give a detailed complaint be specific. If you are in public sector then give a detailed complaint to a officer who is above those who are harassing you. That's the first step. Next send a legal notice, assuming your complaint is not taken seriously or dealt in a name-sake manner or you are not satisfied with the actions taken. Based on the reply to legal notice a course of action can be planned.
