Resigned in three days company asking for 30 days salary

Hi Sir/Madam I have joined an organization on 23 May 2016. But due to lesser opportunity in the same I decided to leave the organization on short notice of 3 days. I am on probation period for 6 months. And I have got joining bonus of 1 lac. Now I have officially notified my manager that I don't see any growth opportunity so iam leaving with notice of 3 days. Also I told that I shall return the joining bonus of 1 lac . I got a resignation acceptance from my manager on 1 July 2016 and I resigned on 28july 2016. Now the HR is forcing me to pay 30days salary as a shortfall of notice period.

what is your company bye-laws. what you have to signed the indemnity bond/agreement. you can not , without notice, as the law. otherwise company can lodge a complaint against you for breach of trust.
