Resigned from company but now not giving me any experience letter

21-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working in IT firm since last two years. In my offer letter notice period was mentioned as 2 months. 2 months back I resigned by writing formal resignation mail. I have completed my 2 months notice period but they asked me to extend it on last working day.I denied that, so they did not give me relieving and experience letter. I have resignation mail and bunch of follow up mail chain with me as a proof that I did everything as per terms in offer letter. Need suggestion on how to get my Relieving and Experience letter ?

Sir,
As you have completed 2 years in the company and follow all terms of the contract and still they are not giving you the experience certificate and relieving letter you can approach labour commissioner and file a company for the same.
