Resignation submitted but not accepted and releasing

I was a sub-divisional court employer under a district court in West Bengal. I resigned from the post of Process server on 2 months ago due to excessive physical pressure related to this job. But my resignation has not been accepted by the district judge and not give released yet. Now what I should do to get released as I am preparing for another government job.????
