Resignation not accepted by the company, what should I do

Sir I am working in a Bank, on 17-11-2016 I took leave for a month for my wedding ,on 21-12-2016 I suffered from chicken pox and thn on 16-01-2017 I submitted my resignation letter in branch mentioning I am not able to serve notice period and ready to pay salary, HR informed me that resignation has to be submitted in format which I received on 3.02-2017 ,and resubmitted resignation in prescribed format now I received two letters from h.r in one it is said member not deemed to be relived , second letter is a memo asking me to explain why I was absent and why action should be taken against me .Please suggest me what to do? I have to appear in other exams I don't want any bad character certificate ,can I move to court?

This matter is not so complicated as to drag to the court .if a employer recruits you for there need and you will be not available without any information so it's not a good practise. Give normal feed back to your HR for the reason of leave as in prescribed format along with supporting documents of your medical treatment and marriage card or marrige registration certificate and a normal request application to get releaved from post as per your condition stating family issue or whatever ..
