I am serving notice period with my current employer, I am looking for release from company early, no dependency and I also asked for buy out option,but they are denying to me and I have seen they have offered for other employees
This is my response to you:
1. You will have to ask the HR why they are behaving in such a manner;
2. Give them a written letter asking for clarification;
3. If they do not respond then send a legal notice;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
