Resignation already put, bring issue holding dues

Have already put up my resignation , now they are bringing issues post resignation regarding recovery of money from distributor which is billed by company . Holding my dues and have recived letter regarding this . Also not accepting resignation
Hi,
The issue seems to be serious in nature. These are basically the tactics being adopted by the companies to evade their liability of paying the legitimate dues of the employees. In case you have resigned and served the notice period the employer cannot bound you to continue neither can hold your full and final amount. You should initiate legal action to recover your dues.
