Sir I am a Ex servicemen,I have applied for the post of Jr Engineer civil ,vacancy declared by a PSU Under ministry of Housing and urban affairs. as per advt,Out of 20 vacancies 02 Nos reserved for Ex servicemen,I have secured 59% marks but in the merit list there is no ex servicemen candidate selected. Please advice necessary guideline.
First see what was the minimum eligibility criterion to secure a position in the merit list for you people, then only you can justify your assertion. Second, after getting this detail, file a RTI before the concerned authority. If you find any anomalies, you need to file a Writ before the concerned High Court and also ask for stay on the selection process till the disposal of the writ!
