I am writing to seek your legal assistance regarding a matter involving my previous employment at EKI Company in the R&D department. I was working there under a third-party contract. Due to certain personal reasons, I had to resign from my position without completing my notice period.
Despite the work I have completed, including overtime hours, the company has withheld my OT payment. I have sent several emails requesting the release of my pending dues, but I have not received any response...
Well, in order to recover your OT Payment, you need to send your Ex-Employer a Legal Notice under the concerned provisions of the concerned Civil Laws which will be applicable in your case, which you need to send within limitation period.
