Repeated higher secondary exam(+2) is legal or not ?

I am is serving as pry teacher in Odisha state govt.inorder to getting a Job I have appeared and passed higher secondary(+2) exam with good percentage than previous +2 marks.Reapting +2 exam is acceptable or not.will it be a trouble for me in future if anyone complain?

Its illegal.Because as for council rules if you once passed a exam. There is no chance to reappear. So if some one put a complain, you may face the problem. But there is also certain ways to escape from this situation.

Doing 2 diff +2 courses in same academic yr is illegal, while doing in 2 diff academic yrs may be allowed. Use of dupl SLC/CLC, not showing migration cert,not showing both certs during emp is illegal.
