Remuneration being denied by previous employer how to get paid

17-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I had worked with an NGO from Feb 2014 till May 2015. I was hired in their Delhi office but I was asked to work in their Goa office to which I agreed before joining the organisation. It has been 2 years since I left the organisation but they haven't paid me the sum of INR 1,25,000 /- which is due. I am totally clueless regarding my legal options. What are my options and which one would be best suited in this case ?

Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your dues which are pending at their end and other necessary documents related thereto.
2. If they fails to respond to the notice or do not give any proper response thereto then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction for the same.

You should serve them with a legal notice for recovery of the amount with interest. In case they refuse to pay your dues, you have no option but to file a suit for recovery against them. By filing this suit they will most probably come to terms and pay your pending dues.
