Removed from service for absence due to threats from in-laws

I had joined a PSU in Delhi in 2018. Starting January 2020, I started getting threatened by in-laws and regularly pressurised to divorce my wife who is employed in the same office. Owing to these issues, I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and left Delhi. Due to this, my employer has issued a chargesheet for unauthorised absence. I had duly replied against the chargesheet by producing police complaint copies and other relevant medical records citing threat to my life in Delhi and had requested transfer away from Delhi. I have repeatedly stated that my absence is never wilful but due to compelling circumstances, the management has refused to accept. Despite the enquiry officer mentioning in his report that my absence was due to compelling circumstances, the management has ordered removal from service. Kindly let me know whether I can appeal before the Delhi High Court / Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal.
