Remedy in case wants to break the bond in central govt institute

sir i am a staffnurse working in nimhans hospital banglore , joined in 2015 .During recruitment exam or advertisement they never mentioned about bond system which is to give 3 lakhs rupees ,whenever we resign from th job or change the job within a period of 5yrs ,thy told ths only at the time of document verification ,at that time v signd that thinking v may lose the job ,now v want to file a complaint against this ,this system of bond according to suprem court verdict no wer should b employed in private hospital ,but nimhans being a hospital under central govt still sticking with it ,also no other employees except nurses are having bond in this hospital ,so can u give an openion regarding the win percentage if we file a complaint agaist this in cat ,also any desciplinary action can they b taken against us since v r still working in this institute

You can take the action against the organisation for not disclosing about the bond while recruiting and as it was disclosed at later stage. You should prove the same before court with the supporting documents or by adding some more aggrieved person who are appointed like you in the organisation. So consult us to proceed further to take legal action against them.
