Remedy in case threatened by employer on call

I work online of data entry of company name spectrum technocrat which is situated in surat, he send me a agreement on gmail of arbitrary court, in which written as if you not complete the work on time then you will pay 3700 to company. I work started. after few days i search about company then i know it is a fraud company, i call and mail to company and ask about company but he did not gave any reply. after last date i get a call from their he said, he is a layer of arbitrary court surat, and threating me and said me to pay 3700 otherwise 50000. what i do? please give me advice. thank you
File a complaint with local police station under Section 420 of IPC. You have no liability to pay. you can also file a complaint for threat against the person who is giving you threatening calls and the police shall take appropriate action against the person
