Remedy for terminating the service before expiration of notice period

since you submitted ur resignation which company was free to accept at any time before or after thirty days but why they forced you for resignation and why did they terminate u and on which ground it is to be seen but two years are pity a long time you should have taken action before any way after having seen ur records and all papers pertaining to ur termination and before ur termination I can give u advise , there are ways by which u can sue ur company

My dear , if your resignation have been taken forcefully by your employer and after that he has terminated you without following rules and regulation under the labour law then obviously you can approached Labour court. there is procedure, first you submit your complaint before the Labour commissioner for settlement , and then on failure report of the settlement officer appropriate Government will make the reference to the concerned Labour court under the section 10 of the Industrial Dispute Act,1947 for adjudication.

Yes there is remedy but why you waited for two years, you have legal right to asked reasons for termination forcefully which was before expiration of notice period, you should sue against concern company.
