Remedy available in case of Illegal termination from Services

I have joined a pvt.ltd co. & Had completed my probation period of six months.On completion of 9-months I was terminated in a most illegal & unlawful manner without any reasonable rhyme and cause.My question is what are the legal action I can take against the company and what compensation I will get from the company.
You can file a suit for damages in the Civil Court, however, being a private company employment contract, you can not seek reinstatement of service or force the Company for specific performance of the contract.
