Remedies in case govt job put on hold due to Legal case

DEAR SIR, I AM RECENTLY SELECTEDFOR AP POLICE CONSTABLE NOW MY APPOINTMENT FOR TRAINING IS WITH HELD DUE TO SUPRESSION OF A CASE DETAILS.. IN 2009 I WAS CHARGED AS A6 IN KIDNAPCASE FIR 234/2009. AND IT WAS refer case as false vide C.NO 199/SDO.M/09 DT 30/12/09 and CF no 4042/10 dated 24/4/10.. AT THE TIME OF DICLARATION SUBMISSION IDONT KNOW ABOUT THIS FIR ON ME I CAME TO KNOW BY SB VERIFICATION OFFICER AFTER THAT I PROVIDE CA COPY ALSO TO DEPT BUT THEY ARE HOLD MY APPOINTMENT AND SAYING THAT UR MISSLEADING BY SUPRESSING CASE DETAILS SO WE UNABLE TO TAKE TO TRAINING.. ACTUALLY IN ABOVE CASE I DIDNT ARRESTED BY POLICE AND I IDINT RECEIVED ANY SUMMONS ALSO DEPT WONT BELIVE ME AND SAYING I DID IT INTENTIONALLY HOW CAN I PROVE THIS AND HOW TO GET BACK MY POSTING PLESE HELP ME...
as you were not aware of the FIR filed against you nor you were arrested or summoned in regard with this matter, you can file a Quashing petition in the High Court seeking quashing of FIR on merits, if the high Court feels that there is merit in your case it shall quash your name from the FIR.
