Remedies for mental harassment at work

17-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have been exposed to mental harassment at work due to my boss. My manager has used abusive language many times and has embarrassed me in front of colleagues which has given me a lot of stress and tension about my job. I raised this issue with the hr and the hr responded with an investigation but no results. What should I do in this matter? I have noticed that my manager's behaviour has given me a lot of psychological stress and anxiety. Please help

This is my response to you:
1. Since you have followed the protocol for making complaints the next step is to go legal;
2. You can send a legal notice;
3. You can ask for the mutual and amicable settlement of the dispute;
4. The last method is to file a case in the labour court.

Dear Client,

Your concern is genuine and you should resolve it amicably as far as possible . You may put the matter of your concern in writing to your seniors and HR or MD and seek a solution to the problem. You may ask your transfer to some other unit of your company within the city limits.

You may contact me for further advise and course of action on the matter with all relevant evidence.
