Related Employer Background verification and Pending 498a / Divorce

My wife filed a false FIR on me, section 498a dowry prohibition act, in 2018 and I have filed a divorce case in 2018. All the case is still ongoing, no evidence given by her till date. she is delaying the case intentionally. Recently I started looking for a new job and got an offer from Fidelity international Gurgaon. My new employer wants to do Background verification they are asking these below points in the Background verification form. My question is, My Employer is asking lots of questions and documents if anyone is facing any criminal and civil case If I mentioned correct information in the Background verification form, then is there any impact on Fidelity International employment/termination policy, with respect to FIR.

Hello, It is advisable to finalize the case pending against you. However till date you have not been proven guilty, therefore no such bar of termination would be there. But at the same time it is the wish of employer while hiring. Regards
